- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and tracking information once your order ships.

You can track your order by clicking the link provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website. You will receive updates via email regarding the status of your order.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please follow our return process:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 45 Days and will be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
